"Dedicated to those who practice Taiji Quan, Bagua Quan, and Xingyi Quan."

T'ai Chi Ch'uan (Taijiquan) is one of the world's most popular exercises.  However, T'ai Chi is more than exercise; it is a form of meditation.  It offers an option for those who have trouble sitting in deep thought for extended periods of time.  Even still, T'ai Chi is more than meditation; it is self-defense at its finest.  It is considered a soft style martial art, because it is applied with internal power, rather than brute force.

Although T'ai Chi can be many things to many different people, at its core T'ai Chi employs the philosophy of
Lao Tzu.  Lao Tzu wrote, "The softest things of this world overcome the hardest things of this world.  Nowhere can the soft not enter the hard."
By surrendering to the T'ai Chi philosophy, one will notice positive changes both physically and mentally.

Through establishing a positive working relationship with the art, one will learn to better regulate their food intake, attitude, and behavior.   F
eelings of confidence, patience, and love will replace emotions of doubt, anger, and hatred.  T'ai Chi is a means of keeping one's body and mind in good shape.

Spiritually, one can rebound self-destructive thoughts.  Today, many of us have over-sized egos.  This limits our career and relationship potential.  T'ai Chi works at the heart of this problem to dissolve selfish and worldly ignorance.  The result is a more well-rounded, likable, and open-minded person who others respect and enjoy.

Now don't you want to be around these sort of people?  If you are around people who give out abundant, healthy, and positive vibrations then your mind will keep company with this type of thinking, right?
